B2B Telemarketing

Dedicated B2B Calling Teams Without Building Your Own Call Center

Start with two callers on your campaign instead of signing a call-centre contract to find out whether it works.

Starting from $6.49 per hour, per agent · minimum 2 agents

Final pricing depends on hours, shift timing, campaign difficulty, experience required and coverage. Telecom billed separately.

The problem

What usually prompts the call

Outbound calling is the channel you keep meaning to test. Building the capability internally means hiring, dialling infrastructure and management — a lot of fixed cost to answer one question about whether it works for you.

What we do about it

How this service works

Two dedicated callers on your campaign, working your list and your talking points, with reporting detailed enough to judge the channel honestly before you commit to more.

What agents do

Scope is agreed in writing during onboarding. Agents work within it and escalate anything outside it.

  • Prospecting calls into your target account list
  • Qualification against your ideal-customer criteria
  • Decision-maker identification and gatekeeper navigation
  • Appointment setting for your sales team
  • Structured follow-up on prior conversations
  • Reactivation of dormant or lapsed accounts
  • Survey calls with a defined script
  • Market research calls and data verification

Ideal for

This service tends to fit businesses in the following positions.

  • B2B companies testing outbound as a channel
  • Agencies and consultancies building a pipeline
  • Software companies targeting a defined account list
  • Wholesalers and distributors reactivating dormant accounts
  • Businesses running market research and survey calls
Typical workflow

What actually happens, step by step

Your version of this is agreed during onboarding — this is the shape it usually takes.

  • Campaign setup We agree the target profile, the talking points, the disposition list and the definition of a good outcome.
  • List loaded You supply the calling data and confirm it is lawfully sourced and usable for this campaign.
  • Dialling Agents work the list during the calling hours agreed for the target region.
  • Qualify and identify Agents confirm fit and reach the person who can actually make the decision.
  • Book or nurture Interested accounts are booked in. Others are tagged for a later follow-up cycle.
  • Report Dials, connects, conversations, outcomes and objections are reported so the campaign can be tuned.
Reporting

What you get back

Reporting is agreed during onboarding and built around what you will actually read. For this service it typically covers:

  • Dials, connects and conversation counts
  • Decision-makers reached
  • Appointments or opportunities created
  • Objection themes worth answering in the script
  • List quality feedback and data corrections
What we do not promise

VoiceSupportCrew does not guarantee sales or appointments. You are responsible for providing legally usable contact data and campaign instructions, and for the claims made in the script you approve.

Compliance responsibilities

Responsibility is divided, and it is worth being clear about it before a campaign starts:

  • You supply the calling data and confirm you have the right to use it for this campaign.
  • You approve the script, including every claim it makes about your product or pricing.
  • B2B and B2C campaigns carry different legal requirements in most jurisdictions.
  • Calling-hour restrictions, do-not-call obligations, consent rules, caller-ID requirements and call-recording laws vary by country and by state.
  • We follow the instructions and suppression lists you provide, and will stop contacting any record you tell us to suppress.
  • We do not provide legal advice. Requirements vary and professional advice may be necessary for your campaign.

Questions

B2B Telemarketing FAQs

Do you guarantee sales or appointments?

No. We do not guarantee sales or appointments, and we will not sign a contract that says otherwise. Results depend on your list, offer, market and pricing. We commit to staffed hours, agreed activity and accurate reporting.

Who is responsible for compliance?

You are responsible for lawful data sourcing, campaign authorisation and the claims in the script. We are responsible for following your approved script, respecting the calling windows and suppression lists you give us, and stopping when you tell us to. Read the compliance page before launching a campaign.

Do you provide the calling list?

No. You provide the data. That keeps ownership and lawful basis clearly on the side that can actually evidence it.

Can you call consumers rather than businesses?

Consumer calling carries substantially heavier restrictions in most markets, including do-not-call registry obligations and consent requirements. Discuss it during scoping and take your own legal advice first.

Can calls be recorded?

Recording is possible where your systems support it, but recording laws differ by jurisdiction and some require all-party consent. You set the policy and confirm it is lawful for the regions being called.
