What a few common configurations cost, illustrated
These are worked examples to show the arithmetic, not a menu of set packages. Every one of them is built from the same published rates as the calculator below — run your own numbers there.
Small Support Crew
The most common starting point — two agents covering chat and ticket volume during business hours.
$1,036/mo est.
2 agents · 8h/day · 5 days/wk
Customer Experience Crew
Voice plus chat coverage for a store or service business fielding order status, booking and support questions.
$3,423/mo est.

Extended Coverage Crew
A larger team with weekend coverage and a supervisor, for campaigns that have already proven the workflow.
$7,701/mo est.
5 agents · 8h/day · 7 days/wk · +3 add-ons
Examples only. Telecom is never included in these figures — see what is billed separately. Your actual configuration and price follow from your real volume and coverage needs, not a category.
Estimate your monthly cost
This applies the published starting rates to the schedule you set. It is a budgeting tool, not a quote — but it will get you to the right order of magnitude in about thirty seconds.
Your estimate
- Agent hours per month 0
- Estimated weekly cost $0
- Estimated daily cost $0
Estimate only. Final price depends on campaign requirements. Telecom and any new software costs are not included above and are billed separately — see how billing works.

What moves your actual rate
A single headline rate that ignored all of this would be misleading, so we publish the factors instead. Each one is discussed during scoping and reflected in the written quote.
- Number of agents on the team
- Working hours per day and days per week
- Coverage window — business hours, extended, overnight or weekend
- Campaign difficulty and complexity
- Required agent experience level
- Depth of product and systems training
- Language requirements
- Supervisor or team-leader requirements
- Quality-assurance and reporting requirements
- Telecom requirements for the campaign
- Tools and software access agents need
The costs that sit outside the hourly rate
These are not hidden fees — they are genuinely separate costs, and we would rather list them here than have you discover them on an invoice.
Telecom
Phone numbers, SIP trunking, inbound and outbound minutes and dialler usage. On a heavy outbound campaign this can be a meaningful share of the total.
Software licences
Seats for your agents in your CRM, helpdesk or chat platform. These stay in your name, which is the right way round — the accounts remain under your control.
Setup, where it applies
Campaigns needing extensive documentation, system configuration or long training may carry a setup cost. If so it is stated in the proposal, before you commit.
Your own time. Onboarding needs someone on your side to provide material, answer questions and approve scripts — budget a few hours a week for the first month. Campaigns where nobody on the client side has time are consistently the ones that underperform.
How billing works
- Rates are per agent-hour unless stated otherwise
- You are quoted a rate per agent and billed for the hours staffed. A two-agent team working eight hours a day, five days a week is roughly 346 agent-hours a month.
- Minimum team size is two agents
- One agent has no cover for illness, holidays or training time. We would rather decline a single-agent engagement than sell you something fragile.
- Weekend and overnight hours are priced separately
- They carry a premium, shown as its own line in the quote rather than averaged into the headline rate.
- Supervisors and QA are optional and quoted separately
- Small campaigns often start without either and add them as the team grows. Neither is bundled invisibly into the agent rate.
- Telecom is not included
- Agent pricing covers agent labour. Phone numbers, SIP, minutes and dialler usage are billed separately depending on the campaign.
- No misleading headline rates
- We will not advertise a $2.99 rate against a service that does not qualify for it. Chat and email start at $2.99. Voice starts at $4.99. Sales calling starts at $6.99. The differences are real and reflect different work.
Pricing FAQs
How does your pricing work?
Pricing is per agent-hour. You are quoted a rate per agent based on the service, the hours and the complexity of the campaign, and billed for the hours staffed. Starting rates published on the site are genuine starting points, not final numbers.
Why is the price shown as "starting from"?
Because the honest answer depends on your campaign. Agent count, working hours, shift timing, campaign difficulty, required experience, training depth, language, weekend coverage, supervisor and QA requirements and technical complexity all move the number. A single headline rate that ignores all of that would be misleading.
Who pays phone and telecom costs?
You do, separately from agent hours. Agent pricing covers agent labour. Phone numbers, SIP, inbound and outbound minutes, dialler usage and other telecom expenses may be billed separately depending on the campaign. We would rather show it as a separate line than hide it inside an hourly rate.
Is the calculator estimate a quote?
No. The calculator applies published starting rates to the hours you enter, which makes it useful for budgeting and useless as a contract. A real quote comes after we understand the campaign.
Are there setup fees?
It depends on the onboarding scope. A campaign needing extensive documentation, system configuration or long training may carry a setup cost, and if so it is stated in the proposal before you commit to anything.
What is the contract length?
Terms are agreed in the service agreement, including notice periods for changing or ending the arrangement. We are not interested in locking a two-agent pilot into a multi-year commitment.
