Who Will Actually Speak to Your Customers?

A reasonable question, and one most outsourcing providers answer vaguely. Here is our answer specifically.

You are trusting a stranger to represent your business. It is a fair thing to want detail about, and this page is that detail rather than a paragraph of reassurance.

Assessment areas

Before an agent is assigned to any campaign, we look at:

  1. Application review — background, relevant experience, stated availability
  2. English communication — clarity and comprehension in real conversation, not a scripted read
  3. Spoken clarity — pace, pronunciation, and whether they are easy to understand under normal call conditions
  4. Listening — do they actually answer what was asked, or a nearby question
  5. Written English — grammar, tone and clarity in chat and email formats specifically
  6. Typing — speed and accuracy, which matters directly for chat concurrency and call documentation
  7. Customer-service scenario — a structured role-play covering a routine issue and a difficult one
  8. Sales scenario, where applicable — objection handling and qualifying-question technique for outbound or appointment-setting roles
  9. Computer and CRM comfort — general software literacy, not familiarity with any one specific platform
  10. Professionalism — tone, composure and judgement under a simulated difficult interaction
  11. Campaign suitability — whether this specific person is a good match for this specific campaign, not just "a good agent" in the abstract

Sample Agent Evaluation Scorecard

A representative version of the scorecard used to structure assessment. Real scoring criteria are adapted to the specific campaign type — appointment setting weighs sales ability more heavily than a pure support role does.

CriterionWhat is being assessed
Communication Clarity, pace and comprehension in live conversation
Listening Accurately identifies what is actually being asked
Empathy Responds to tone and frustration appropriately, not just to words
Problem solving Works through an unfamiliar scenario using given information
Written English Grammar, clarity and tone in chat and email
Typing Speed and accuracy under time pressure
CRM comfort Navigates unfamiliar software without extended hand-holding
Sales ability Qualifying questions and objection handling, where the role requires it
Professionalism Composure and appropriate tone under a difficult simulated interaction
Reliability Attendance record and consistency through the assessment process

Can I interview the agents myself?

Sometimes, depending on the campaign. It is covered on its own page, because the honest answer has real conditions attached rather than being a blanket yes.

Are agents dedicated to my business?

Yes. Your agents work your campaign, learn your product and follow your processes. They are not answering for several businesses out of a shared queue.
