Can I Interview My Agents?

Sometimes yes. Here is what actually determines it, rather than a blanket promise either way.

This is one of the most common questions from businesses evaluating an outsourcing provider, and one of the most commonly overpromised. We would rather explain the real process than offer a guarantee we cannot keep for every campaign.

A typical process

  1. Candidate shortlist — agents who pass initial assessment and fit the campaign profile are shortlisted
  2. Profile review — you receive a summary of relevant experience and assessment results
  3. Optional interview — for campaigns where it is appropriate, you can speak with shortlisted candidates directly
  4. Selection — you and we agree on the assigned agent, or agents, for the campaign
  5. Training — the selected agent begins campaign-specific onboarding

What determines whether an interview is offered

  • Team size — a client interview step is more practical for a small, high-touch team than for a large campaign filled from a pool
  • Campaign type — roles requiring deep judgement or client-facing trust tend to warrant it more than highly scripted, high-volume roles
  • Timeline — an interview stage adds time; if speed to launch is the priority, it may not be the right trade
  • Your preference — some clients want no involvement in selection and would rather review results after training instead

If you decline the interview step

You still see the assessment summary and the reasoning behind the assignment. Declining to interview is not the same as having no visibility into who was selected or why.
