Legal Intake

Never Miss a Potential Client Enquiry

Structured intake and consultation booking, with a hard line at anything resembling legal advice.

The problem

What we usually hear

Potential clients call once. If they reach voicemail they call the next firm, and a case you would have taken never reaches you. Meanwhile fee earners are interrupted by enquiries that were never a fit.

The approach

Where a crew fits

A dedicated crew answers every enquiry, runs your intake questionnaire consistently, and books consultations for the matters that fit your practice.

Important limits

What agents will not do

Being explicit about the boundary protects you as much as us. These limits are written into the script before a single conversation happens.

Legal Intake — scope & compliance
  • Agents provide administrative intake only. They do not give legal advice, assess the merits of a case or comment on likely outcomes.
  • Agents do not create an attorney-client relationship, and the intake script must say so in the wording your firm approves.
  • Conflict checks are run by your firm; agents gather the information needed to perform them.
  • Confidentiality obligations and any jurisdiction-specific requirements should be addressed in the engagement agreement.
Questions

Legal Intake FAQs

Will agents tell a caller whether they have a case?

Never. They capture the details and book a consultation with your firm. The script is explicit about this and includes your approved disclaimer wording.

Can agents handle sensitive case details?

Intake by nature involves sensitive information. Confidentiality is covered in the engagement agreement, and access is limited to what intake requires. Discuss your specific requirements before onboarding.
